Job Description

As a Biotechnology Associate at our company located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, you will be an integral part of the Product Development and Field Support Team. Your primary responsibilities will include laboratory work, kit development, field support, client management, documentation, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Laboratory Work & Kit Development: - Prepare and optimize biotechnology kits such as DNA/RNA extraction and protein purification. - Design and conduct ELISA assays, gel electrophoresis, cell culture, and chromatography. - Perform quality control (QC) tests on reagents and kits. - Troubleshoot technical issues in sample processing, extraction, and assay workflows. - Field Support & Client Management: - Travel to client sites across India for product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with academic, clinical, and industrial clients. - Collect customer feedback to enhance product design and usability. - Documentation & Compliance: - Maintain detailed records of experimental protocols, QC data, and client reports. - Ensure compliance with ISO or other regulatory standards as applicable. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and sales teams to improve product workflows. - Participate in scientific conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products. Qualifications & Skills: Essential: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with DNA/RNA extraction, ELISA, cell culture, electrophoresis, and protein purification. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Willingness to travel up to 40% for client visits across India. Preferred: - Familiarity with PCR, qPCR, or NGS workflows. - Experience in IVD kit development. - Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and GMP. - Fluency in English and regional Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, etc.). Please note that the work location is IIDC KOSI KOTWAN, NABIPUR Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, 281403. This is a full-time, permanent position with a fixed shift from Monday to Friday in the morning.
