BIOLOGY TEACHER

Job Description: You will be responsible for planning and delivering Biology lessons to secondary students. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles - Assessing student progress, identifying areas for support and growth - Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning program - Communicating with parents and caregivers about student progress Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Biology or Education - Teaching certification (B.Ed or equivalent) - Experience teaching Biology to secondary students - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In addition to the above, you will need the following skills: - Ability to create engaging lessons - Patience and empathy - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team As part of the interview process, you will be asked to conduct a demo class for Class 9 students on the topic: "Cell Structure and Function". The demo class will have a duration of 30-40 minutes. Please prepare a lesson plan and submit it beforehand to showcase your teaching style, creativity, and ability to engage students.
