Bioinformatician

We are looking for a Bioinformatician to assist our research team in the analysis and interpretation of biological and molecular data. The ideal candidate should possess experience in bioinformatics and a solid background in molecular biology. This position is open to freshers with relevant experience. Key Responsibilities - Analyze large-scale biological datasets, such as genomic and proteomic data. - Develop and implement bioinformatics tools and pipelines for molecular data analysis. - Collaborate closely with molecular biologists to interpret results and extract meaningful insights. - Conduct sequence analysis, gene expression profiling, and structural bioinformatics studies. - Create and manage databases for storing and retrieving biological data. - Utilize programming languages like Python, R, or Perl for data analysis. - Ensure data integrity, quality control, and reproducibility of results. - Keep abreast of the latest advancements in bioinformatics and computational biology. Qualifications - Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field. - Freshers with relevant experience in bioinformatics and molecular biology are encouraged to apply. - Proficiency in bioinformatics tools, databases, and algorithms. - Knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data analysis and genome annotation. - Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is beneficial. - Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Perl. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
