BIM Technician- Fire Services

As an MEP Revit Technician at WSP India in Bangalore, you will be an integral part of the Services Team, contributing to engineering projects by providing CAD/BIM support. Your primary responsibilities will include producing BIM models, detailed engineering designs, and construction drawings. You can expect to be involved in multiple projects simultaneously, reporting to the CAD/BIM Manager functionally and to the Line Manager operationally. Your key responsibilities will include preparing MEP 3D Revit coordinated models, conducting clash detection and resolution, creating Parametric Revit Families, offering specialist support to design teams for analysis and design models, assisting in the creation of 3D and 4D visualizations, and generating quantities for Bill of Quantities from the 3D model. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in software such as REVIT MEP, AutoCAD (2D and 3D), and Navisworks. Additionally, having cultural awareness, conscientiousness, an open mind, and excellent communication skills are highly desirable qualities for this position. Ideally, you should hold a Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical engineering along with Draughting qualifications to support your technical expertise in this field.
