BIM Technician - Electrical

Carrying out electrical, control & instrumentation drawing works typically from 11kV substation, through LV switchboards, distribution, MCCs, lighting, small power, lightning protection, and associated electrical services such as fire alarms, PA systems, etc., as well as instrumentation and control systems design. You will be responsible for general coordination of design with a multi-discipline team, production of 3D models for cable containment and equipment locations, single line diagrams, 2D layout drawings for all specific duties, cable schedules, loop diagrams, and input to installation contract requirements. Additionally, you will be required to have technical liaison with suppliers, package vendors, and sub-contractors, as well as provide input to designers" risk assessments. Essential requirements for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP, a commitment to quality management and problem-solving, and experience working with ATEX hazardous areas. Desirable qualifications include knowledge in electrical design on projects.,
