BIM Professional-MEP/HVAC

As a BIM Professional-MEP/HVAC, you will be taking on a full-time on-site role at Bims & Columns" Chennai office. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) aspects of various architectural design projects. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring seamless integration of MEP/HVAC systems within the architectural designs while working closely with the project team on-site. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks, along with a solid understanding of MEP and HVAC systems. Previous experience in managing and coordinating MEP/HVAC designs within architectural projects will be beneficial. The ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and technologists is essential, as you will be working in a dynamic team environment. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to teamwork are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.
