BIM Modeler / Structural

Role Overview: As a Senior BIM Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for monitoring and governing BIM across the Programme, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Developing, implementing, and maintaining the BIM Protocol for the project. - Ensuring all stakeholders understand the project goals and their role within the BIM process. - Maintaining quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and fitness for purpose of models and datasets. - Recording and monitoring shared data and relationships between models. - Following mandated BIM Collaboration Procedures. - Supporting the project-specific BIM Execution Plan. - Coordinating the data modelling and management process. - Liaising with the design team and client for successful project outcomes. - Participating in model reviews. - Reviewing BIM models. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 2-5 years in BIM/Revit with GCC Project Experience. - Software Skills: Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and Naviswork. - Education: Diploma preferred.
