Bim Modeler - MEP

As a MEP BIM Modeler at ALEMCO, you will be responsible for transforming design information into precise 3D models and construction documents to deliver high-quality MEP systems for landmark projects in the UAE. You will play a pivotal role in supporting field operations with shop drawings, schedules, and coordinated data, driving project accuracy and collaboration forward. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review tender and IFC information per ISO19650 standards, including 2D drawings, BIM models, and asset data. - Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, encompassing GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules. - Perform clash detection and provide support for clash avoidance coordination. - Maintain clean and healthy BIM models following industry best practices. - Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions. - Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately. - Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation. - Collaborate in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams. - Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures. - Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests. **Qualifications Required:** - Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering. - Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projects. - Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. - Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools such as Revizto and Navisworks. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. - Understanding of BIM principles and workflows. - Strong written and spoken English skills.
