BIM Modeler CIVIL/ARCH

You are seeking 4-5 skilled and experienced BIM Modelers in the Civil/Architectural field to join your growing team. As a BIM Modeler, your main responsibility will be to develop detailed and coordinated 3D BIM models, primarily focusing on MEP, Architecture, or Structure based on project requirements. The ideal candidates will possess a strong proficiency in BIM software and a passion for accuracy and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Create and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant tools. - Ensure that the models are accurate, efficient, and compliant with project standards and client requirements. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve clashes and improve model coordination. - Generate construction documentation and shop drawings from BIM models. - Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews. - Follow internal BIM execution plans and adhere to industry best practices. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in Architecture. - Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC. - Understanding of BIM standards such as LOD, ISO 19650, etc. - Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Diploma/Degree in Civil or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows. - Familiarity with international codes and standards. - Previous experience working in a BIM consulting or construction firm. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time, performance bonus, and work location in person. The schedule includes both day and night shifts.,
