BIM Modeler [ CIVIL/ARCH]

Job Description

We are seeking 4-5 skilled and experienced BIM Modelers [ CIVIL/ARCH] to join our growing team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing detailed and coordinated 3D BIM models across various disciplines, primarily focusing on MEP, Architecture, or Structure based on project requirements. The ideal candidates will have strong proficiency in BIM software and a passion for accuracy and collaboration Key Responsibilities: Create and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant tools. Ensure models are accurate, efficient, and in compliance with project standards and client requirements. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve clashes and improve model coordination. Generate construction documentation and shop drawings from BIM models. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to model reviews. Follow internal BIM execution plans and adhere to industry best practices. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in Architecture. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ACC Understanding of BIM standards (e.g., LOD, ISO 19650, etc.). Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Diploma/Degree in Civil, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows. Familiarity with international codes and standards. Previous experience working in a BIM consulting or construction firm.
