BIM MEP Modeler (Plumbing)

Role Overview: As a Junior BIM MEP Modeler (Plumbing) at our company, you will be an essential part of our in-house BIM team. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in creating detailed plumbing system models, ensuring coordination with other MEP services, and maintaining design accuracy according to project standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and update BIM models for plumbing systems using Revit MEP. - Prepare layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings based on design inputs. - Coordinate plumbing layouts with HVAC, electrical, and architectural models. - Support senior engineers in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and documentation. - Ensure all models and drawings comply with project BIM standards. - Assist in maintaining BIM libraries and templates for plumbing components. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - 2+ years of experience in BIM MEP modeling, preferably focused on plumbing systems. - Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD; basic understanding of Navisworks. - Knowledge of MEP coordination and plumbing design principles. - Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn advanced BIM workflows.,
