Billing & MIS Agent

As a Billing & MIS Agent (Level 2), your main responsibilities will include creating and issuing invoices to clients or customers based on the services availed. It is essential to ensure accuracy in billing details to maintain transparency and trust with the clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and sending account statements to customers and keeping them informed about their outstanding balances. You will also be tasked with tracking income and expenses, managing account balances, and resolving any inconsistencies that may arise. Your role will involve finding effective and affordable solutions to technical issues, as well as interpreting specifications to create IT solutions within budget constraints. In terms of system efficiency and documentation, you will be required to assess computer system efficiency and enhance it as needed. Furthermore, creating MIS documentation for efficient operations and system maintenance will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have a BCom or intermediate qualification. The job type is full-time, and the benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the preferred experience includes at least 3 years in billing, MIS Agent roles, creating and issuing invoices, account statements, and monthly billing reports. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and the work location is in person at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
