Billing Incharge Duties

• Oversee daily billing operations for inpatient (IP) and outpatient (OP) services
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of interim and final bills
• Monitor receivables and coordinate with departments to update service charges
• Resolve billing discrepancies and supervise claim submissions to insurance providers
• Maintain compliance with hospital billing policies and healthcare regulations
• Prepare cost estimates and communicate them to patients or caregivers
• Coordinate with finance and IT teams to streamline billing workflows

PRO Duties

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services and specialties
• Build relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, and insurance partners
• Organize health camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and SEO
• Track campaign performance and generate reports on ROI and patient acquisition
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to align marketing with strategic goals
• Maintain branding consistency across all communication channels
