Billing & Follow-Up Executive (Government Client)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing & Follow-Up Executive to manage and coordinate all billing-related activities with our government clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of bills, tracking acknowledgments, and pursuing follow-up actions until payments are received. Preferred Immediate joiner - Male candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal departments to compile all necessary documentation for bill submission (invoices, work completion certificates, approvals, etc.).

• Submit bills to the concerned departments/officers in government organizations in line with their protocols and formats.

• Regularly follow up with government officials for bill processing status in-person visit.

• Maintain a tracker/log of all submitted bills, pending payments, and follow-up actions.

• Address and resolve queries or objections raised by the government client related to invoices or documentation.

Qualification :

Any degree can apply.

Candidate should have bike and license.
