Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Business Analyst/Solution Architect with a strong background in the telecom industry. This key position involves managing various aspects of product development, from requirement review and analysis to solution design and integration. The successful candidate will need to have Experience in enterprise billing especially on netcracker billing module. Technical knowledge for writing Low level designs and code review. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive Product Requirement Review and Analysis. Work on low level design as per need including pseudo code logic. Prioritize product functionalities based on strategic importance and market demand. Collaborate closely with product owner to gather user requirements. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the viability of proposed product journey. Develop and refine Product journey Models to ensure efficiency and scalability. Help in code review. Devise innovative solution for cost optimization. Lead solution design efforts, considering technical feasibility and user experience. Manage integrations with existing systems and third-party solutions. Leverage telecom industry experience to provide insights into market trends. Qualifications & Requirements : 7-10 yrs as BA/Solution Architect in the telecom domain. Strong analytical & problem solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent understanding of product lifecycle management & strategy alignment. Strong knowledge of Billing CRM, B2B/C Customer Facing products. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams, particularly different vendor environment and development teams. Experience in conducting feasibility study and conducting project viability. In depth knowledge of low level design writing and conducting code reviews. Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-techincal stakeholders.
