Billing & Cash Executive

• Responsible for managing the cost estimation & billing
• Prepare Estimates & order forms as per the details provided by Sales Assistant.
• Ensure clear communication on Rates & specifications of product for billing
• Maintain registers with Estimate, rate, Billing details on daily basis - complete it during closing.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Arrange the necessary packing material and compliments at Cash counter/delivery section.

Technical Competencies

• Basic Computer Knowledge (MS Office)
• Knowledge of retail jewellery sector
• Billing software knowledge
• Billing Documentation and filing
