Billing Assistant

Job Description We are looking for a responsible, honest, and hardworking Store Executive to manage the daily operations of our fruits and vegetables store, including billing, inventory management, customer handling, product arrangement, and overall store maintenance. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the store, maintain accurate records, ensure product freshness, and provide a good customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Billing & Cash Handling: Generate customer bills using billing software or POS systems, handle cash and digital payments (UPI), and maintain daily sales records. * Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day running of the store and ensure smooth operations. * Inventory Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock, maintain inventory records, and monitor stock availability. * Freshness & Quality Control: Check the quality and freshness of fruits and vegetables, identify damaged or spoiled items, and minimize wastage. * Product Display: Arrange fruits and vegetables neatly, maintain proper pricing labels, and ensure attractive product displays. * Customer Service: Assist customers, explain product varieties, handle queries, and ensure a positive shopping experience. * Stock Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers, verify received quantities, and report shortages or quality issues. * Store Cleanliness: Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper organization of the store. * Daily Reporting: Maintain records of sales, expenses, stock, wastage, and cash reconciliation. * Overall Responsibility: Take ownership of daily store activities and ensure the shop runs efficiently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
