Bike Riders

As a Delivery Rider (Motorbike) for a logistics & courier services sector supporting UAE (Dubai) operations, your role will involve executing daily delivery routes on a motorbike to pick up, transport, and deliver parcels or food items to customers across Dubai on scheduled shifts. You will be required to use GPS navigation and company delivery apps to follow optimized routes and meet on-time delivery targets. Handling cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate delivery records will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, performing basic pre-trip and post-trip motorcycle checks, reporting vehicle issues promptly to supervisors, and maintaining professional customer interactions by confirming orders, obtaining signatures, and resolving simple delivery discrepancies are essential tasks. It is also crucial to adhere to UAE traffic laws, company safety protocols, and hygiene standards while on duty. Key Responsibilities: - Execute daily delivery routes on a motorbike - Use GPS navigation and company delivery apps for optimized routes - Handle cash-on-delivery transactions and maintain accurate records - Perform pre-trip and post-trip motorcycle checks - Maintain professional customer interactions - Follow UAE traffic laws, safety protocols, and hygiene standards Qualifications Required: Must-Have - Valid Indian passport with at least 18 months validity - Valid motorcycle driving license - Proven experience as a delivery rider or courier - Comfortable using smartphone apps for navigation - Physically fit for prolonged riding and lifting parcels - Clear police record Preferred - Previous delivery experience in GCC or UAE markets - Familiarity with popular delivery apps and handheld POS devices - Basic conversational English or Arabic for customer interactions In addition, the company provides full visa, work permit, and relocation support to Dubai, along with company-arranged accommodation, competitive salary with overtime & shift allowances, and medical insurance.
