As a Marketing Staff member in the field of Interior Designing and Building Maintenance, your primary responsibilities will include marketing activities to find new jobs, supervising site works, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to earn a basic salary along with commissions based on your performance. A key aspect of your role will involve inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and address safety hazards to maintain a secure working environment. You will also be responsible for supervising and guiding the construction team and subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship. In addition to site supervision, you will be expected to visit potential customers to explore new business opportunities. Your negotiation skills will be crucial in finalizing agreements and closing sales deals effectively. Identifying new markets and business prospects will be essential for the growth of the company. Your role will also involve project planning, monitoring, and scheduling tasks. Managing resources efficiently and tracking various materials and resources will be part of your daily responsibilities. You will need to maintain accurate work information to facilitate valuations and cost estimates for new projects. Furthermore, you will be required to manage costs associated with both in-house activities and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring subcontractor performance and implementing corrective measures when needed will be essential to ensure project success. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Possession of a Bike License - Strong marketing skills, open to both fresh and experienced candidates - Excellent communication abilities - Confident and determined approach - Self-motivated with a competitive mindset - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite for report generation and time management - Proficiency in presentation, prospecting, and building client relationships This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and performance bonuses. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the job location is in Kochin, Kerala. A Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is preferred for this role.
