Worst service center..Please Don't go for any kind of service.They will not provide you any updates and even if you contact them they will not answer properly.Even people in ritchie street know abt mobile repairing and these guys don't know anything abt mobile service and customer service.

Had given my mobile for display replacement.. Display fizzed off within 2 weeks.. So much for "big fixing" my cell.. Staff wouldnt give a free replacement..

Worst service by bigfix I given my tablet for display change , I paid 2500 rupees but the person changed only touch , he said your display is good condition so we didn't change that one lot of damage and mic was damaged please don't choose bixfix , most worst service never seen

I just gave my phone to change the screen as it was broken, but after they changed it i got another problem in phne! My phone was malfunctioning after they changed the screen!!! Worst service! Worst customer response!
