Your primary focus will be on maintaining the BigFix infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system improvements to enhance overall performance. To excel in this role, you must possess certification in HCL BigFix or relevant IT certifications. You should have hands-on experience working with large-scale environments supporting hundreds or thousands of endpoints and a strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. With at least 4 years of experience in HCL BigFix administration, you should be proficient in patch management, software distribution, and BigFix client troubleshooting. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have expertise in software asset management, baseline creation, and compliance reporting. You should demonstrate proficiency in incident management, resolving technical issues in BigFix environments, and managing BigFix relay servers while troubleshooting infrastructure-related problems. Experience in automating tasks and processes using BigFix will be advantageous. As a BigFix Administrator, you are expected to have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
