Role & responsibilities Candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sponsorship opportunities for our exhibitions and events. This role involves building relationships with potential sponsors, understanding their marketing objectives, and aligning them with our event offerings to create mutually beneficial partnerships.Identify potential sponsors and develop a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy for exhibitions and events.Generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.Manage ongoing relationships with sponsors to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.Maintain communication with sponsors for future opportunities, fostering long-term partnerships.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive events, and potential new sponsorship opportunities.Provide regular reports on sales activity, market feedback, and sponsor satisfaction to management.Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sponsorship sales, exhibition sponsorship, or related roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand sponsor needs and create tailored sponsorship solutions.Strong networking abilities and knowledge of industry trends.
