Role Description: This is a high-ownership role in the Founders’ Office and our first GTM & sales hire located in Noida. You will work directly with the founders and CRO to build and execute Bidwiser’s go-to-market motion from scratch, owning the entire sales lifecycle while shaping strategy, messaging, and partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who has sold complex B2B solutions and enjoys building rather than inheriting playbooks. What You’ll Own: • Lead end-to-end GTM strategy and execution. • Own the full sales cycle — prospecting → discovery → demos → follow-ups → closures. • Engage with CXOs, Bid Heads, BD Heads, and Enterprise stakeholders across EPC, Infra, Energy, Power & IT services • Conduct product demos, uncover deep tendering pain points, and position ROI clearly • Manage post-demo follow-ups and coordinate internally to close deals • Work closely with product & engineering teams to relay customer feedback and manage support queries • Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and GTM ideas What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales / GTM / growth roles • Proven experience selling complex, non-obvious solutions (AI, SaaS, enterprise software, workflow tools, infra-tech, etc.) • Strong track record of owning deals end-to-end, including cold outreach • Comfortable selling to enterprise and EPC customers with longer sales cycles • Ability to translate AI and technology into clear business value and ROI • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder, compliance-heavy buying processes • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi • Self-starter mindset with high ownership and execution bias • Bachelor’s degree required (BTech preferred); MBA is a plus • Exposure to AI, GenAI, or data-driven products is a strong advantage What we offer • Competitive fixed salary + strong performance linked bonuses • Incentives for every successful conversion. • ESOPs for exceptional performers • Direct exposure to founders & leadership • A chance to build the sales engine of a category-defining AI startup from Day 1 Interested Apply directly on Linkedin or drop your profile at https://bidwiser.in/Careers
