BI Engineering Specialist

You would be joining Accenture as a BI Engineering Specialist, responsible for working on Microsoft Power BI to visualize data, share insights, and collaborate effectively. Your role would involve analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions as necessary, and understanding the strategic direction set by senior management. You will primarily interact with your direct supervisor or team leads, as well as with peers and management levels at clients and within Accenture. Your responsibilities would include managing medium-small sized teams or work efforts if in an individual contributor role. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of experience along with a graduation or BTech degree. You must possess skills in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps, and demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, meet deadlines, handle disputes, and exhibit strong analytical skills. You should be capable of working independently with minimal guidance on new assignments and make decisions that impact your team and occasionally other teams.
