Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring all aspects are considered and documented. Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive costing models. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimation. Review and assess bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing to inform cost estimates. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts. Provide support during project execution by monitoring costs and identifying potential variances. Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding cost management strategies. Qualifications The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in estimation and costing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sectors. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in estimation software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of panels and related materials is highly desirable. This position is based in Vadodara and requires candidates to work on-site during regular day hours.
