Visited head office for policy related issue , not a single staff listened to me. Company has just placed a security at reception on entrance and nothing else , nobody comes and asks us of our problem/issue neither we are able to meet anybody.

It is very difficult to reach office from malad station. It is excellent for people living nearby malad. But, difficult to commute for people coming from far away place.
