Job Title: HR Executive Role Overview : We are hiring an HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and statutory compliance. The role requires hands-on experience in HR generalist functions and the ability to support employees and management effectively. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Gujarat. Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer processing. Handle onboarding and induction activities for new employees. Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation accurately. Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs. Address employee queries, concerns, and basic grievance handling. Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and leave regulations. Coordinate performance appraisal processes, confirmations, and exit formalities. Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support audits or internal reviews. Assist management in HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and training coordination. Skills & Competencies : Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliances Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/payroll systems Good documentation, reporting, and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong problem-solving and employee-handling skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in an HR Executive or HR Generalist role. Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations. Working understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic HR systems. Willingness to relocate and work from Gujarat.
