Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience hiring for BPO roles (Domestic & International) and be skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates efficiently. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, managing end-to-end hiring cycles, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Partner with clients to understand job expectations, hiring urgency, and role requirements. Source profiles using various tools including job portals, networking, referrals, and social platforms. Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess job fit, communication skills, and role alignment. Manage a strong talent pipeline for Domestic and International BPO hiring. Handle the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, coordination, and offer negotiation. Ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates and clients. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships to generate referrals and repeat business. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate. Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment (Domestic + International mandatory). Proven experience working in a recruitment consultancy or agency setup. Excellent sourcing capabilities and candidate assessment skills. Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines and targets.
