Behavioral Therapist / ABA Therapist

Position: Behavioral Therapist / ABA Therapist Location: Continua Kids, Panchkula

Qualifications:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is highly preferred.
• Candidates with ongoing or completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Job Description: As a Behavioral / ABA Therapist at Continua Kids, your primary role will be to improve the lives of children by providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct 1:1 therapy sessions to children with developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) under supervision.
• Collecting, graphing, and analyzing data to monitor the child's progress toward goals and making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Special Educators, to ensure holistic care for children.
• Documenting session notes, progress, and maintaining accurate client records in a timely manner.
• Participating in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and professional growth.
