Our collaboration with CSP Ireland strengthens our delivery across European standard containment solutions. We are looking for an ambitious Business Head to spearhead this division of the Bectochem Consultants & Engineers group, to new territories and industry domains. Role Overview Bectoflex Containment System Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Business Head to lead strategic growth, drive sales, and expand market reach for our flexible containment systems in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. This role demands strong leadership, deep technical understanding of containment technologies, and proven business development experience in regulated industries (GMP/ATEX/OEB). Key Responsibilities include: Strategic Business Leadership Define and implement business growth strategies aligned with corporate goals Lead annual planning, revenue forecasting, and market positioning Collaborate with global partners (especially CSP Ireland) on technology, innovation, and joint marketing Sales & Market Development Drive sales of containment systems (flexible isolators, liners, glove bags, etc.) Develop pharma/biotech client base (API, sterile manufacturing, OSD units) in India and international markets Generate technical proposals, manage quotations, and close high-value B2B deals Technical Sales & Product Insight Translate customer process requirements into technical containment solutions Work with engineering/design teams to align product specs with GMP/OEB/ATEX standards Lead product demos, FAT/SAT reviews, and regulatory discussions with clients Team & Partner Management Build and manage national/regional sales team Manage relationships with OEM partners, cleanroom consultants, and EPC contractors Lead cross-functional alignment with marketing, design, production, and quality teams Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Pharma, Engineering, or Life Sciences ; MBA is a plus 10–15 years experience in technical/B2B capital equipment sales to pharma or biopharma Proven leadership of sales/business teams across multiple regions or countries Key Skills & Competencies Deep technical knowledge of GMP containment, OEL/OEB, HEPA/filtration, barrier tech Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial negotiation skills Excellent communication, client engagement, and solution-selling capability Job Location : Baroda /Mumbai
