As a Service Manager at Swiss MNC's Indian Subsidiary with over 15 years of presence and 1000+ clients/installations in India, your role will involve: - Lead the integration of automation devices into customers" production lines. - Develop integration guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols. - Provide advanced troubleshooting support to customers and internal teams. - Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems. - Collaborate with international experts and stay updated on the latest technologies. - Manage client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and support. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E. or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication. - 5-10 years of experience in PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation & Communication. Desired Skills: - Strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration. - Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.). - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to lead a distributed team. - Fluency in English; Hindi & additional language knowledge is an added advantage.
