Job Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to handle incoming inquiries generated through online advertisements. The candidate will be responsible for calling each lead, filtering out non-serious responses, and coordinating closely with senior sales executives for genuine purchase leads. Key Responsibilities:Lead Calling & Qualification: 💡 Candidates with experience in cosmetology or aesthetic/medical device sales will receive additional performance-based incentives after training phase Call every lead received through advertising and inquiry platforms. Understand the customer’s interest level, purchase plans, and requirements. Categorize leads into: Genuine/Interested, On Hold/Thinking, and Non-Serious. Sales Coordination: Share lead status daily with senior sales executives. Identify and follow up on leads where discussions have already been initiated by senior team members. Assist seniors by continuing communication with pointing clients to track their purchase decisions. Follow-ups & Reminders: Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with shortlisted clients. Keep interested clients updated with offers, quotations, and other purchase-related information provided by the senior team.
