Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. You will also lead and mentor a high-performing sales team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets - Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in Home loan/LAP sales in NCR region in fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel, preferably in DSA market - Educational Qualification: B.A, B.Arch, B.B.A, B.C.A, Higher Secondary Please note: The salary offered for this position is 7 Lac 50 Thousand To 10 Lac P.A. The industry for this role is Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller. Key skills required include Home Loan Counsellor, LAB Staff, and Branch Sales Manager.,
