Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive responsible for client acquisition, CXO-level networking, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation tools and data scrapers to build strong sales pipelines in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing.

Connect with CTOs, CHROs, CEOs, and Talent Acquisition Heads for partnership discussions.

Use data scraping tools, LinkedIn scrapers, and lead extraction software to build targeted client databases.

Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.

Schedule meetings with decision-makers and convert leads into clients.

Negotiate commercials and close service agreements.

Maintain sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–4 years of experience in Business Development (Recruitment/Staffing preferred).

Hands-on experience using scraping tools / lead generation tools.

Strong B2B sales exposure.

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

Experience working with CRM systems.

Highly target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
