About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth for an IT Services & Software Development company. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, international client acquisition skills, and the ability to generate leads and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate international B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and other channels.
• Identify and acquire clients for IT services and software development solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients.
• Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and present suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Business Development.
• Strong experience in international client acquisition.
• Knowledge of IT Services and Software Development sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.

Note: Candidates with experience in IT Services and Software Development sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹89,000.00 per month
