About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive student admissions by generating leads, building community relationships, and developing new admission opportunities for the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate admission leads through apartments, residential communities, corporates, institutions, and local outreach.

- Organise admission drives, parent meets, promotional events, and awareness activities.

- Build strong relationships with parents, community leaders, and local organisations.

- Maintain lead databases and ensure regular follow-ups.

- Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.

- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed admissions.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.

- Prepare daily and weekly admission pipeline reports.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in business development, field sales, or admissions.

- School or education sector experience preferred.

- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Confident personality with strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Willingness to conduct field activities and meet admission targets.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
