Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Java Full Stack Development, including front-end, back-end, and database technologies. . Teach core Java, advanced Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices. . Cover front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React, and Node.js. . Educate on database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL. Curriculum Development: . Develop and update training materials, including course content, assignments, projects, and assessments. . Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant. Practical Guidance: . Guide students in developing real-world projects to reinforce their learning. . Help participants understand the integration of front-end, back-end, and database technologies. Student Mentorship: . Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments. . Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one mentoring to help students achieve their learning goals. Collaboration: . Work closely with the academic and placement teams to align training with job market requirements. . Conduct mock interviews and provide career guidance to students. Workshops & Seminars: . Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and bootcamps on Full Stack Development. Administrative Duties: . Maintain detailed records of student attendance, assignments, and performance. .
