As a Sales Executive in the LED Lights, Fixtures, Cables, Wires, Battery Boxes, and Solar Rechargeable Fans industry, you will be based in Madurai, with responsibilities that include covering Trichy, Coimbatore, and nearby districts to expand market reach. Your key duties will involve identifying and establishing new dealerships for electrical and solar products, visiting shops and distributors to promote a range of products such as LED fixtures, battery boxes, solar fans, cables, and wires, and meeting sales targets through effective dealer network building and follow-ups. Additionally, you will be expected to gather market feedback and competitor information to aid in the growth of the business, along with submitting daily reports on visits and sales activities. The role offers the perk of Travel Allowance and food expenses provided, and requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in electrical products, including LED lights, cables, wires, battery products, or solar products. Strong communication and negotiation skills, a willingness to travel extensively across districts, and the ability to create and manage dealer networks effectively are essential requirements. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree, with a sales/marketing background preferred. This full-time, permanent position comes with the benefit of food provided, operates on a day shift schedule, and offers performance bonuses as well as yearly bonuses.
