They sell hush puppies shoes as well. The service was fine. But at the end the I was a little disappointed because they didn't give me a box for my shoes and charged for the carry bag.

Once upon a time a best brand which now is loosing its name we got new shoes and the very next day the sole was out... May be it's one in 1000 customer experience for which no one can be blamed but not impressed

the worst and the worst ever place to buy anything... absolutely worst.. completely spoils your relation with the brand if you have any.. if you want to buy a shoe immediately but couldn't find a shop open other than this BATA showroom, pls …

People here are running a scam had to pay 3k for a shoe which was on offer for 1.6k in the same showroom. Moreover the slip on the box was torn off.

Collections are good except for the cost. The same model u r getting almost in half rates in online shopping. Good customer service.
