Banking Sales Officer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Banking Sales Officer to promote and sell banking products through field and branch-based sales activities. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and building strong relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field sales and referrals
• Promote banking products such as accounts, loans, and other financial services
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sales support
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with bank policies
• Coordinate with branch and internal teams for smooth operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation mandatory (any stream)
• 1 years of experience in sales/field sales (banking experience preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with field work and target-based sales
• Local candidates preferred
