Banking Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are hiring a Banking Sales Executive who will work inside bank branches and drive life insurance business through the bank’s customer network. This role requires strong coordination with bank staff and consistent sales focus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches
• Build strong coordination with Branch Manager and banking team
• Identify potential customers from bank walk-ins and existing base
• Attend joint customer meetings with bank staff
• Ensure target achievement on monthly basis
• Maintain records of sales and daily activities
• Support customers with policy-related queries

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is compulsory
• Experience in insurance, banking, or field sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Willing to work within bank branches and meet customers
