Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via live chat, email, and other text-based channels.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, customer satisfaction score).
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on company policies.
