Banking Advisory Senior Analyst

Role Overview: As a Banking Advisory Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will play a key role in assisting clients with quality and productivity issues, meeting customer expectations, managing regulatory and operational pressures, and ensuring business sustainability by transforming banking operations into a resilient operating model. Specifically, you will be part of the Corporate banking /Wholesale banking team, focusing on trade finance transactions and real estate due diligence. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct analysis and solve complex problems related to commercial real estate, including the valuation of properties using software like Argus - Extract key information from lease agreements and rent rolls for real estate transactions - Provide superior service delivery to trade customers while mitigating risks associated with trade finance transactions - Identify, assess, prevent, and mitigate risks related to real estate and immovable property transactions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom) - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate or banking - Team lead experience is preferred - Ability to work in rotational shifts may be required Note: Accenture is a global professional services company with expertise in digital, cloud, and security solutions.
