Please state the reason why you are looking for a new job Key Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) for properties and investment entities and schools. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage the process of paying invoices and collecting rent and other receivables. Transaction Management: Facilitate the financial aspects of property purchases, sales, and leases. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and other company policies. Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to management for decision-making. Audits: Conduct audits and provide necessary documentation. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure accuracy. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial information to property managers, investors, and other stakeholders. Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g.,App Foliio) and advanced Excel skills. Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, track lease terms, and ensure accurate rent calculations. Expense Management: Monitor and control property operating expenses and Verify the tenant Balance rent dues and contact tenants to collect rents. Cash Management: Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ensure sufficient funds for operations. Tax Preparation: Prepare tax returns and other tax-related documents. Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to property acquisitions, dispositions, or financing. Requirements: A bachelor's degree in BCOM or BBA This is a remote position and candidate needs to have a working computer with internet connection. Must have a minimum of 1-10 plus years of experience in the field of accounts, or auditing or any field of finance and operations Must be willing to work US shifts (8:30 am to 7 pm CST) Non-negotiable Must give commitment of a minimum of two years Preferred candidate profile Please send your resume, current salary and expected salary and notice period if any.
