Job Description – Floor CRM (Basic Customer Service Role) Designation: Floor CRM Location: Banaras Saree Centre, Indore Industry: Retail (Saree Showroom) Role Overview The Floor CRM will be responsible for greeting customers, making walk-in entries with complete details, and taking Google reviews from customers after their shopping experience. This is a frontline customer service role focused on maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Welcome & Support Warmly welcome every customer entering the showroom. Ask for basic customer details politely (name, mobile number, purpose of visit). Guide customers to the appropriate section or staff member if needed. 2. Walk-In Entry & Customer Details Maintain daily walk-in entries in the register/app. Record accurate customer details such as: Name Contact number Date & time Purpose of visit (shopping / inquiry / trial / pickup) Ensure entries are complete and neat. 3. Collecting Google Reviews Request customers to share feedback and take Google reviews after billing or at exit. Help customers scan QR code and submit the review. Maintain daily count/target of reviews. Ensure only genuine and positive customer experiences are shared. 4. Customer Experience Maintain a polite, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times. Ensure customers feel valued from entry to exit. 5. Coordination Coordinate with showroom staff for smooth customer flow. Inform sales staff when a customer is waiting. Update management on daily walk-in count and review count. Skills Required Good communication and polite behavior. Basic knowledge of using mobile apps / Google review process. Ability to greet customers confidently. Basic record-keeping skills. Positive attitude and neat appearance. Qualification Minimum Graduate. Freshers can apply (retail experience is a plus).
