We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for understanding customer needs, providing repair and maintenance recommendations, estimating costs, and ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish. * Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs. * Listen carefully to customer concerns and document service requests accurately. * Provide repair recommendations and explain maintenance options in a clear, professional manner. * Prepare accurate service estimates, including pricing, parts, and labor. * Communicate with service technicians to relay customer information and determine repair timelines. * Keep customers updated on repair status, additional findings, and any timeline changes. * Review completed work with customers and explain invoices. * Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. * Manage service records, repair orders, and customer profiles. * Uphold dealership standards and promote additional services when appropriate.
