Role & responsibilities Floors India is looking for a Sales Manager to drive project-based sales across residential and commercial developments. The role focuses on identifying properties under construction and converting them into bulk and repeat orders for luxury tiles, sanitaryware, designer fittings, and smart home solutions. This is a field-driven role with clear revenue responsibility. Key Responsibilities Identify residential and commercial projects under construction Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, and consultants Generate and close project and bulk orders Conduct regular site visits and client meetings Present integrated solutions aligned with design and execution needs Maintain a pipeline of active and upcoming projects Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, drawings, and execution support Track leads from enquiry to order closure Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Preferred candidate profile 510 years of experience in project sales or B2B sales Background in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, fittings, or related industries Strong understanding of construction and project workflows Comfortable with extensive field work and site visits Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value orders Self-driven, structured, and execution-focused
