You are looking for a Manager-IT Infrastructure and Cloud with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. You should have hands-on experience in Cloud Architecture, Virtualisation, Networking, Server & OS Management (Windows & Linux), Active Directory setup & Administration, DR Planning & Execution, Programme Management within organization IT ecosystems, and Database Administration. Responsibilities include IT security compliance, day-to-day monitoring of backups, monitoring system states daily and taking proactive actions based on severity, coordination with vendors, SAP upgrades and patches (SQL & HANA), IT team scheduled activities, attending to day-to-day issues of RDP, VPN, Connectivity, Client-specific services, attending infra issues promptly, and interacting with clients periodically for any new requirements.
