Backend Product Architect

As a Technical Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable, robust architectures that meet end-user requirements. You will be required to integrate multi-cloud solutions from AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Additionally, you will lead full-stack development efforts encompassing front-end, back-end, and database technologies. Your role will also involve developing end-to-end solutions designs and documentation to meet client requirements. You will conduct feasibility studies and tackle complex technical challenges while considering individual customers" tech stack and operational constraints. Collaboration with product owners to translate business needs into technical specifications will be a key aspect of your work. Guiding development teams in building production-grade solutions from scratch will be part of your responsibilities. You will oversee the entire lifecycle from concept to deployment to ensure that best practices are established and followed. Implementing best practices for release management, automation, and incremental feature development will also fall under your purview. In the capacity of a Technical Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients. Your role will involve presenting technical solutions and securing client buy-in on the right solution design and choices. Providing strategic insights and recommendations, including key metrics related to non-functional requirements that drive value, will be crucial. Mentorship and guidance to developers and engineers will be another key responsibility. You will lead technical training sessions and conduct code reviews to ensure the team's continuous improvement. In terms of the required tech stack, proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies is essential. Knowledge of cloud computing, microservices, and containerization is also required. Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins is a must. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as experience working with at least one cloud stack (Azure/AWS/GCP), is expected. Apart from the technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are also vital. The role requires the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.,
