Job Title: Backend Executive – Document Verification & Portal Operations

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Work From Home / Work From Office (Hybrid options available)
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Backend Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations including document verification, cold calling, and managing tasks related to our company portal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process customer or client documents as per company protocols.
• Make outbound cold calls to clients/customers as part of operational support.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry on internal systems and portals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow up with clients for incomplete or missing documents.
• Assist in general administrative and backend tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools
• Comfortable with cold calling and client interaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quick learner with attention to detail
